We have a STRICT no refund policy with most products on our website. We only offer a full money-back guarantee for certain products on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us and are eligible for a refund, you can get your money back no questions asked.
Please note we do not offer a refund for any on sale or discounted products including books, bundles, and courses.
Please note as these products are digital products they are highly susceptible to theft as we can not retrieve the digital item after purchase. Unfortunately, due to this happening on multiple occasions we no longer allow refunds on most digital products (please see product list and eligibility below).

Refunds
Our policy lasts 3 days for eligible products. The refund eligiblity time starts from the exact date and time of your purchase. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase of the eligible product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If eligible you will receive a full reimbursement within 10 business days of your approval for refund (please see product list above for eligibility).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@throughthelyns.com.
